A 10,000-token technical manual is summarized into a 1,000-token output. Cost: (10,000 / 1,000,000 * $0.25) + (1,000 / 1,000,000 * $1.00) = $0.0025 + $0.001 = $0.0035.
Running a multi-turn chat session
A conversation uses a 5,000-token system prompt and history, generating 500 tokens per turn across 10 turns. Input: 5,500 tokens. Output: 5,000 tokens. Cost: (5,500 / 1,000,000 * $0.25) + (5,000 / 1,000,000 * $1.00) = $0.001375 + $0.005 = $0.006375.

We reward higher initial deposits with bonus credit. Top-ups start at $10 via crypto (USDT or USDC). Depositing $50 grants a +5% bonus, while $100 adds a +10% bonus. These bonuses are applied to your balance immediately and can be used for standard API requests.
This prepaid structure ensures your costs remain predictable. You only spend what you have loaded, making it easy to budget for development and production workloads.
Trial Credit Details
New accounts receive $0.50 in trial credit, valid for 7 days. No credit card or phone number is required to start. This allows you to test the uncensored GLM model and verify client compatibility before committing to a deposit.
Trial credit is limited to one per person. It covers standard token usage at the same rates as paid credit. Once the trial expires or the credit is used, you must top up to continue using the API.
Request Limits
Each API key supports up to 300 requests per minute. The maximum request body size is 8 MB. You get one key per account, which can be regenerated at any time. Regenerating revokes the old key immediately.
These limits are designed for standard developer workflows. If you need higher throughput, consider distributing requests across multiple accounts or optimizing prompt lengths.

How do I check my remaining balance?
Your balance is visible in your account dashboard. It updates in real-time as requests are processed. Prepaid credit does not expire, so you can use it whenever you need.
Can I use the same API key for multiple projects?
Yes, a single API key can be used across multiple projects or applications. However, each account is limited to one key. If you need separate keys for different projects, you can generate a new key, which revokes the previous one.
What happens if I exceed my request limit?
Requests exceeding the 300-per-minute limit will receive an error response. You can wait for the rate limit to reset or regenerate your key if needed. The 8 MB body limit applies to all requests.
Do I get a refund if I overpay?
Prepaid credit is non-refundable. However, since credit never expires, you can use it at any time. Bonuses are applied to your balance and can be used for standard requests.
